Depenadable Tenants
ALL tenants undergo a comprehensive credit and reference checking process by a National accredited Reference Company, to try to minimise the risk of unsuitable tenants. At least a four-week deposit is taken on each property to cover for any damages found at the end of the tenancy. A full inventory is prepared by an independent trained inventory clerk as required by legislation when holding tenants money. The rent is paid monthly by the tenants and then forwarded by electronic bank transfer immediately upon cleared funds with a detailed monthly report.
