Thank you for taking time to read the Terms and Conditions for our £50 Refer a Friend promotion.

We have many clients who are pleased to recommend us to friends or family and as such we feel its time to say thank you to them. Therefore any future recommendations we receive from our clients, both our Landlords and our Tenants we would like to reward you with £50 - it’s as simple as that!

Terms and Conditions

1. The ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion will expire on 31st May 2011.
2. A client has to be a current client of Letters of Distinction. For example a tenant has to be a current tenant renting a property through Letters of Distinction and a Landlord has to be a current landlord letting a property out through Letters of Distinction.
3. Only one payment will be made to a client during the promotion.
4. Payment will only be made once the Friend referred physically signs into a tenancy agreement and the let is completed with all monies paid.
5. Payment will be made with 28 days from the from the start date of the tenancy agreement.
6. Payment method will be by cheque. Existing Landlord clients may opt to have the funds added to their rent account, if preferable.
